Devil taxi driver Daniel (Samy Naceri饰) keeps working his shifts. Today, he wins a race by taking an expectant woman in an ambulance but arrives late for her mother. Shortly thereafter, using his quick reflexes, he helps transport the future general's father-in-law to view a Japanese defense minister who had arrived. Meanwhile, Emilian (Frédéric Dieffentaler饰), having failed multiple driving tests, gets tasked with picking up a top government official at the airport. There, he encounters his ex-partner—Daniel. During their ride, security personnel use their vehicle to demonstrate sophisticated counter-terrorism exercises to distinguished visitors, highlighting France's capable military and effective police forces. Unbeknownst to them, some concealed Japanese operatives plot to abduct the senior official. Thus, it falls upon Daniel and Emilian to safeguard French dignity.。
