Ro Hu Juan (as Cat) and her boyfriend Lin Jun Xian (as Ben) were both former troublemakers. Moved by fire butterflies' grace, Cat decided to get a tattoo—a fiery rose—on her chest. One day, during their attempt to rob a taxi driver, they caught the attention of Officer Black Mouth Dog (played by Joey Yung). Unfortunately, Cat was apprehended whereas Ben escaped. Inside prison, Ben changed, embracing tranquility, discarded his wild history, and started a garage service. After serving time, Ro Hu Juan sought reconciliation with Ben, discovering he was already seeing new girlfriend Tung Ai Ling (acting as Alda); hence, she took a job at Ben's garage. Struggling financially and facing debts, Big Mouth Plow (depicted by Wang Qing) caused disruptions at the garage. Enraged, Cat planted a bomb in Big Mouth Plow’s vehicle, causing injury to one of his employees. Seeking payment for medicine, Big Mouth Plow tried to assault Cat; she fought back vigorously and unwillingly became part of his stolen goods scheme. Failing again, Big Mouth Plow and his crew attacked the garage aiming to harm Cat. By then, only Cat and Alda stayed in the garage. To safeguard Alda, Cat battled fiercely though severely injured.幸好。
